Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using Mawarimichi (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is primarily intended for users in Japan, but provides multilingual display services assuming possible use regardless of country or region.
Please note that login and posting functions are provided exclusively for users in Japan.

Those who wish to use the Service shall agree to these Terms, apply for user registration by the method prescribed by the Service, and user registration shall be completed when the Service approves such application.

The Service may not approve an application for user registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons:

• When false information is provided in the application for user registration
• When the application is from a person who has violated these Terms
• In other cases where the Service determines that user registration is not appropriate

Users shall appropriately manage their User ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.

Users may not transfer or lend their User ID and password to third parties, or share them with third parties under any circumstances.

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe the rights of other users, third parties, or the Service
• Acts that cause damage to other users, third parties, or the Service
• Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces
• Posts or acts containing obscene expressions
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Other acts that the Service deems inappropriate

The Service may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system related to the Service
• When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
• In other cases where the Service determines that it is difficult to provide the Service

Users represent and warrant that they have the right to post the content they post and that such content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

The copyright of content posted by Users belongs to the Users. However, the Service may use content posted by Users for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, etc. the Service.

The Service may delete posted content in the following cases for healthy operation of the Service and server capacity management:

Users can report inappropriate posts by other users to the Service. The Service will, in principle, review reported content within 24 hours and, if necessary, take measures such as deleting the post or restricting/suspending the poster's account.

• Posts that violate these Terms
• Sequential deletion of old posts due to server capacity limitations
• Deletion for capacity management when the number of posts becomes excessive
• Other cases deemed necessary for service operation

The Service may provide advance notice of deletion of posted data, but may delete without prior notice due to urgency or system constraints. Deleted data cannot be recovered, so we recommend that Users back up important data themselves.

The Service may, without prior notice, restrict all or part of the Service usage or delete the User registration if the User falls under any of the following:

• When violating any provision of these Terms
• When it is found that there are false facts in the registration information
• In other cases where the Service determines that the use of the Service is not appropriate

The Service does not guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc. related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for specific purposes, security, etc.).

The Service assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to Users arising from the Service.

The Service may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to Users, and assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to Users thereby.

The Service may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users if it deems necessary. Users who continue to use the Service after changes to these Terms are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. In case of disputes related to the Service, Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
